Conor's 7th Birthday was on the 3rd of October, so I hoped that as a special treat he may get to meet a wolf on the Sunday when we went to do the cleaning... he did, which was lovely for him.

There were lots of volunteers there to help clean out in the morning, so it was done very quickly, even though the wolves had been quite messy in the night - I put my hand in sticky stuff a couple of times whilst cleaning down their beds!

Duma and Dakota finally get to come out to go to the trailer as there was a public walk in the afternoon.
Keith gets Duma ready, then I go over as well to stand on the other side of her head. Whenever 'the public' meet the wolves, there are always two people with the wolf. Whilst the wolves are well behaved, we can not take any risks. Conor got to stroke Duma and thoroughly enjoyed it as you can tell by the smile on his face. (Last pic)
