Beenham 7th December 2003

The first weekend I really get to play with my new camera - just in case I did not get to say before it is a Canon EOS 300D (aka Digital Rebel - bought for £700 from eBay). I have 2 lenses that I use. The one that comes with the camera kit which is a 18mm-55mm EFS and one I have left with my older film EOS 500 QD which is a 75-300 EF Lens.

The first 6 and last 3 pictures were taken from the fence with the zoom lens, the others were taken inside the enclosure.

It was an absolutely wonderful day - 4 degrees centigrade, crisp and clear with low lighting from the sun.

This last picture was taken as Keenai jogged past - it was 2 frames taken in quick succession to see how they would come out - not too bad even if I do say so myself!
